These terms apply to all purchases made on favebricks.com.
2. Products
We sell building sets and related items. FAVe Bricks is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorised or sponsored by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not endorse this store.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) for customers in Denmark and in euro (EUR) for customers in other countries, based on your location. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.
4. Ordering and stock reservation
Your basket contents are saved between visits for your convenience. Please note that items are only reserved once your payment has been completed — placing an item in the basket does not reserve stock. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by e-mail.
5. Payment
Payment is handled securely by Shipmondo Payments (MobilePay and payment cards) and by PayPal. Your account is charged when the order is placed. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping
Shipping is arranged through Shipmondo. Available delivery methods and pick-up points are shown at checkout. Sales are currently limited to the EU.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise the right, inform us by a clear statement before the deadline — you can:
- use the one-click “Withdraw purchase” button under My account → Orders;
- complete the standard withdrawal form attached to your order confirmation e-mail; or
- e-mail us at niels@favetronics.dk.
Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods and are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
8. Refunds
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used.
9. Complaints and right of complaint (defects)
The Danish Sale of Goods Act gives you a 24-month right to complain about defects. Contact us at niels@favetronics.dk. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Centre for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg — forbrug.dk) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
